A Family friendly holiday retreat in the beautiful Dordogne Valley , South west France.
The tiny hamlet of ‘Esparoutis’ is set amongst the cliff face and walnut groves running alongside the pristine Ceou river valley.
Originally built around the 1700s, “Les Paroules” is an ensemble of 3 ancient stone farm houses, barns,
and timber walnut drying sheds, typical of the region.
Extensive renovations and interior decorating has transformed the old, honey coloured sandstone stone farm buildings,
into a contemporary family holiday retreat, for those seeking a peaceful location in the french countryside.
You can the hire the entire property, suitable for large group family holidays for 20 guests, or rent each house individually
for couples or families.

LA MAISON
At the centre is La Belle Maison, a large farmhouse and huge attached stone barn. Natural stone floors, light filled open plan living, enormous exposed beams and a grand country chefs kitchen. 1 Twin bedroom & 4 luxurious oversized bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Large open garden and new pool.

The sand stone village cottage, The Gite is situated to the rear of the property. Renovations maintain many original features and rustic charm. A spacious open plan kitchen and living with exposed beams. There is a super cool loft bedroom for kids
small private terrace overlooks the pool.
